1. Payment Requirements
All applicants must complete payment for applicable recruitment services before their application can be processed. Payment must be made through the secure payment methods supported on the portal.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Other supported digital wallets
3. Payment Security
All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. Sensitive payment information is not stored on our servers.
4. Refund Policy
Once payment is completed for any recruitment fee, the transaction will not be refundable except in the following cases:
- If the recruitment service is canceled by TFL.
- If there is a proven technical error during the application process.
Refund requests must be submitted via the support form within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Failed or Incomplete Payments
If a payment is declined or incomplete, the application process will not be finalized. Please retry the payment or contact your bank/payment provider for assistance.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Any payment disputes or chargebacks must be communicated to TFL support within 15 days of the transaction. TFL reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.
7. Modification of Policy
TFL may update this payment policy from time to time. Applicants will be notified of any significant changes on this page.
