Cancellation Rules and Refund Policy

📌 General Policy

  • Full refund of tuition fees if cancellation is requested before the official deadline.
  • No refund applicable after the last date for withdrawal/cancellation.
  • Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 15 working days of application submission.

🗓️ Deadlines

Students must submit their cancellation request along with required documents before the date specified in the academic calendar or prospectus of the session.

  1. Fill the official Refund/Cancellation form available at CDOE office or website.
  2. Attach original fee receipt and identity proof.
  3. Submit it to the administrative office before the refund deadline.
